Anger Management

Gain the skills and tools necessary to take your life back from anger! Certified Anger Management Specialists provide 6-week to 52-week classes (dependent upon need or court order). Classes are available at a variety of times and days. A few of the topics include:

• Understanding anger and its triggers
• Quick cool-down tips
• Healthy communication
• Reacting vs. responding
• Understanding boundaries

Counseling Solutions’ Qualifications

Anger Management Facilitators are trained Certified Anger Management Specialists (CAMS), I or II. All facilitators are either licensed clinicians (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW), associate clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ASW) supervised by licensed clinicians, or have a bachelor’s degree and are supervised by licensed clinicians. Our Executive Director is a member of National Anger Management Association.
